Where are the model and serial numbers located on the tablet?

Both the tablet model number and serial number can be found on the back of the tablet. The model number is located on the lower center, just to the right of the SONY logo. The serial number appears on a larger sticker just above the right speaker.

NOTES:

• The number listed closest to the bottom edge of the tablet is the actual model number and the one that should be referenced when Registering the device. The number listed next to MODEL: is the model chassis number.
• The serial number can also be found on a sticker under the SD Card slot cover, above the SD Card slot.
• The model number and serial number can also be found on the UPC code sticker on the tablet box.
