Cannot eject the disc in DVD Player, CD Player, or other software that controls the DVD drive.
To work around this issue, manually open the tray using the Manual Eject [FIG. 1] button physically located on the DVD drive.
NOTE: If the tray cannot be manually opened using the button physically located on the drive, service will be required .
