Error: Drive is not accessible occurs when attempting to use the CD/DVD drive.

    The error may be caused by incompatible third-party CD recording programs.

    1. Uninstall any recently installed third-party CD/DVD recording software .
    2. Perform a System Restore  to a point before the third-party CD/DVD recording software was installed.

      NOTES:

      • It may be necessary to enable CD recording  on the drive.
      • For further technical assistance related to the compatibility or operation of this software contact third-party CD/DVD recording software manufacturer.

    If the issue is still unresolved, continue with normal optical drive troubleshooting procedures .
