How can I find the specifications for my TV?
Specifications for your TV may be available in various places, depending on the information are you looking for.
Check the options provided for additional information:
Specifications document (dimensions, weight, connectivity, picture, sound, etc.)
The Specifications document is available for many models on the product support page, check your product support page for available information:
- On the Sony Support site, enter your TV model name into the search bar area, the full name should automatically appear in the auto-suggest menu, once you start typing. Select your model number to go directly to the product page, or click the search button to find the best possible matches, and then choose your TV model.
Note: If you need help with your model name, check the article Find the model name, serial number, or software version of your TV.
Note: The Specifications document may not be available for some models, in these cases, check for the Reference Guide and Operating Instructions on the manuals tab for available information.Manuals for your TV (Reference Guide, Operating Instructions, Startup Guide, Wall-Mount Bracket, etc.)

Wall mounting, parts, and remote controls
Refer to the Reference Guide or Operating Instructions. For wall mounting, you can also refer to the Wall-Mount Bracket installation information available for some models.
Connection diagrams and terminals
Check your TV manuals (Startup Guide, Reference Guide, Operating Instructions, or i-Manual) available on your product page.
Note: Which manual contains the connection diagram or connection terminals depends on the model.- For Android TV™ or Google TV™ models released in and after 2020: refer to the Startup Guide.
- For Android TV models released in and before 2019: refer to the Reference Guide.

You can search for articles related to certain specifications for your TV using the keyword search box on your TV’s product support page.
Note: Articles with information on specifications are limited. It's recommended to first check your TV manuals or Specifications document for your TV.- Type your keywords into the search box for the specific information you're looking for, and then select Search.
TV software version (Android™ operating systems)
The Android OS version installed on your TV depends on your TV model and if any firmware updates have been installed. Follow these steps to check the version installed on your TV:
- On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button or the Quick Settings ( or ) button, depending on the model.
- Select Settings.
- The next steps depend on your TV menu options:
- Select System → About → Android TV OS Version.
- Select System → About → Version.
- Select Device Preferences → About → Version.
- Select About → Version.
Apps installed on your TV
The apps installed on your TV can vary, depending on your TV model and if apps have been added or removed from your TV. Follow these steps to check the apps currently available on your TV:

Android TV or Google TV models
- On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button or the Quick Settings ( or ) button, depending on the model.
- Select Settings.
- The next steps depend on your TV menu options:
- Select Apps → See all apps.
- Select Apps → Downloaded apps or System apps.
Note: For Google TV models, the list of all installed apps is also displayed when selecting See all in the Apps tab on the Home menu.

Other TV models
Follow these steps to check the apps currently available on your TV:
IMPORTANT: Not all BRAVIA TV models support the use of apps. To see if your TV supports apps, check the manuals supplied with your TV.- Make sure your TV is connected to an active internet connection.
- On the supplied TV remote, press the HOME button.
- Select All Apps, Applications, or All Applications.
Note: For 2014 models, All Apps is located at the lower left corner of the Apps menu screen.
