No sound from the audio system when the input source is in DTS-HD Master Audio format

Neural:X isn't enabled for DTS sources with sampling frequencies between 96 - 192 kHz. As a result, the sound isn't output from the soundbar, Dolby Atmos®, or other speakers.
Try either of the following to check the HDMI setting of the connected HDMI device (such as a Blu-ray Disc player). Check your device manual for model-specific information.
- Set the audio channel settings to LPCM or Dolby other than DTS.
- Set the audio output settings of the HDMI device to LPCM.
Note: Neural:X is the latest upmixing technology from DTS that expands the stereo 5.1 and 7.1 channel to multi-channel. Multi-channel speakers, including height speakers, support it.
