No sound when I connect the microphone to a device

    If there is no sound when the microphone is connected to a device, check the following points.

    • The microphone jack of the connected device (computer or smartphone) must support the plugin-power method of supplying power. Check the specifications of the connected device.

      Note: Plugin-power is a method of supplying power from the recording device to the microphone.

    • This unit is equipped with a 3-pole stereo mini-plug. No sound is output when the connected device has a 4-pole microphone jack. Use a microphone conversion cable (one that converts from 3-pole female to 4-pole male).
