How to disable the standby or auto shutoff mode.

    1. Remove any media from the camcorder.
    2. Connect the AC power adapter to the camera.
    3. Plug the AC power adapter into a working electrical outlet.

    NOTES:

    • The standby mode cannot be disabled when using the battery as a power source.
    • The camera may go into a demo mode if it is turned on for more than 10 minutes without any media inserted.
