I have switched from the Imaging Edge Mobile to the Creators' App but cannot connect using the Creators' App
If you were using the Imaging Edge Mobile and have migrated to using the Creators' App after applying a software update to the camera, perform the following steps:
- Update Imaging Edge Mobile to the latest version (Ver. 7.7.2 or later).
Note: This operation is necessary to enable smooth pairing of the camera with the Creators' App - If you are using an iPhone® or iPad® device, after updating the camera, turn off the device and turn it on again. Then pair the camera again using the Creators' App.
- On the camera, select MEN → (Network) → Cnct./PC Remote → Smartphone Connection, and then connect to the camera using the Creators' App.
