After disconnecting the player and the Bluetooth audio device, I can't reconnect them
To resolve the issue:
- For NW-A300/ZX700 Series, refer to The Walkman cannot connect to a paired device, or the connection repeatedly fails article.
- For anything other than the NW-A300/ZX700 Series, follow these steps to turn the player Bluetooth® setting off and then on again.
- On the Home screen, swipe down on the status bar twice or swipe down on the status bar with two fingers.
- On the Quick Settings panel, tap the Bluetooth icon and then switch the function ON or Off.
