The Digital Voice Editor (DVE) Software Doesn't Respond or There are Errors

If the Digital Voice Editor (DVE) software doesn't respond or there are errors, follow the steps below to resolve the issue. Check your manual for model-specific information. Manuals are posted on your model support page.
- Uninstall all versions of the DVE software.
- Download and Install the Sound Organizer V1.6 Software
Note: If you connect other external USB storage devices, the software may not respond. If this occurs, follow these steps:
- Disconnect all external storage devices.
- Restart the software.
If the issue still occurs, repair may be needed.  Go to Product Repair.
