The Digital Voice Editor Software Can't Transfer Audio Files

    Symptom

    The Digital Voice Editor (DVE) software generates an error message, or the software doesn't react to the transfer request, when you drag and drop files from the Integrated Chip (IC) recorder to a computer.

    Solution

    We recommend that you download and install Sound Organizer v1.6. Downloads are posted on your model support page.

    Note: Digital Voice Editor is no longer available for download. If you already have a downloaded copy of DVE, you can continue to use it. If you need to download software, use Sound Organizer v1.6 instead.
