Can I record phone conversations with the IC recorder?
If your IC recorder has a MIC, or Audio In, or jack, you can use an ECM-TL1, ECM-TL3, or similar electret condenser microphone to record standard telephone or mobile phone conversations.
For standard telephones, you can also use a telephone recording adapter.
Note:
- Some IC recorders require changing a menu setting or switch to enable recording from an external microphone. Refer to the manual of the recorder for model-specific information.

- The earphone-style electret condenser microphone and telephone recording adapter are not supplied with the IC recorder. To purchase one of these accessories, check with your local electronics store or contact Parts and Accessory Sales. Go to Parts and Accessories.
