Sound Organizer does not recognize my Digital Voice Recorder.
Check the following if your Digital Voice Recorder is not recognized by Sound Organizer:
- Check if Sound Organizer supports your recorder. You may check this list of compatible Digital Voice Recorders with Sound Organizer .
- Check if the destination folder name for Sound Organizer contains special characters. If so, uninstall Sound Organizer and reinstall it using an installation path that does not contain special characters.
