I can't see video when using the USB streaming feature

    The USB Streaming feature allows you to connect your camera to the USB port of your computer and livestream content without using a dedicated application such as Imaging Edge Webcam.

    If your livestream/webconference application is providing audio but no video, check the following:

    • Make sure your camera settings are correct in your livestream application (Microsoft® Teams®, Google Meet™, etc.).
    • Certain cameras (ILCE-7M4) allow different settings for video resolution, so try different a lower resolution.
