Updating the camera's system software using a computer

You can update the camera's system software via a computer, without using Creators' App. This method does not require you to sign in to a Creators' Cloud membership account.

1. Use your computer to access the download page on the support site for your country or region, then select the applicable camera model.
2. When the download completes, follow the instructions on the screen to update the camera's system software.
