I cannot transfer files to my external hard drive.
If the external hard drive was formatted in NTFS file system, the Apple® Macintosh® computer will not be able to write files in to the external hard disk drive (HDD). Apple Macintosh computers can only read the files saved in the HDD.
To be able to write on the hard disk drive, format the external HDD using a Macintosh computer .
