The Voice Dial Feature Doesn't Work on My Bluetooth Audio System

The Voice Dial feature isn't available for all models. If yours doesn't have this feature, you can use the voice dial function of the Music Center (SongPal™) app. You can also check the following solutions to resolve the issue:
- Make sure to connect your Bluetooth® car audio system to the mobile device .
- Make sure you record a voice tag on your mobile device.

- Contact your mobile device manufacturer for more information.
- Make sure that the mobile device is in standby mode.

- Contact your mobile device manufacturer for more information.
- Use this feature under conditions where there's no loud noise.

- Noises that are too loud may interfere with sound recognition.
- Make sure to select BT Phone as the source.
- On the audio system or supplied remote, press the SRC or SOURCE button repeatedly.
- Press ENTER.

- Make sure to speak loud and clear.
- Power off and on your mobile device.
