I forgot my screen password and forgot my Google account username & password
If you forgot your screen lock PIN, password, or pattern and you also don’t remember your Google™ account Username and Password to reset the device, you must visit our Service center for further guidance.
If you remember your Google account Username & Password, then to reset your Xperia® device click on I can’t unlock my screen (Android version 5.0 or higher).
