I don't hear sound from the Soundbar or AV Receiver when I connect the TV with an HDMI and Bluetooth connection
This issue occurs if you use both HDMI® and Bluetooth® to connect a home theater system, soundbar, or AV receiver. If this happens, disconnect the Bluetooth connection and use only the HDMI connection.
Follow these instructions to disconnect the Bluetooth:
- Disconnect the Bluetooth connection from the TV settings or turn off Bluetooth on the audio device.
- For more details, refer to the product manual or Help Guide for the TV/audio device.
Notes:
- If the TV still doesn't output any sound, press the INPUT button on the audio device to switch the connection to HDMI.
- If you want to switch back to the Bluetooth connection, disconnect the HDMI cable, then press the INPUT button on the audio device.
