My BRAVIA CAM is loose after mounting it to the TV

The BRAVIA CAM model CMU-BC1M is a supplied accessory for the Z9K and A95K model series. It uses a magnetic section on the back of the TV to hold the camera in place.

1. Remove the panel (KB) on the back of the TV to expose the magnetic connection point:
   
2. Mount the BRAVIA CAM (KA) to the magnetic connection point:
   
   Note:
   • The camera may feel loose after mounting the unit on the TV. This is normal.
   • Refer to your TV Help Guide for details.

1. The BRAVIA CAM is designed to be adjustable to accommodate compatible BRAVIA™ TV models of different sizes and shapes, so the CMU-BC1 has a camera unit (KC) and a supplied retainer (KS):
   
2. The supplied retainer (KS) must be attached to the camera before mounting it on the TV:
   
   Notes:
   • Attach the retainer KS by inserting the clips into the matching holes of the camera:
   • The retainer can be inserted into the matching holes on the camera body to adjust to the width of the TV. Review the BRAVIA CAM installation instructions for more information.
