    Software updates enhance the performance and features of your TV and can also provide service fixes for issues.

    How to get details about the latest software update

    You can get information on our support website about the latest software for your TV.

    1. Find the model number of your TV.

      Visit How to Find Your Model Number if you're unsure of your model number.

    2. Enter the model number on the support website.

      Enter Model Name

    3. Go to the Downloads section on your TV's support page.

    How to update the software?

    There are 2 ways to update the software.

    • Using the Automatic software download function

      If your TV is connected to the Internet and the "Automatic software download" function on your TV is enabled, you will automatically receive notifications to update your TV.
      This is the easiest way to update the software.
      Note: Automatic software updates are staggered releases and may not be immediately available for your TV.

    • Using a USB storage device

      If an Internet connection is not set up on your TV, or you don’t want to wait for the automatic update, you can download the software from our support site and install it using a USB storage device.

    How long does software update take?

    Updates take 15-30 minutes depending on the size of the update and the speed of your Internet connection.
