- Find the model number of your TV.

- Enter the model number on the support website.
- Go to the Downloads section on your TV's support page.
How to update the software?
There are 2 ways to update the software.

Using the Automatic software download function
If your TV is connected to the Internet and the "Automatic software download" function on your TV is enabled, you will automatically receive notifications to update your TV.
This is the easiest way to update the software.
Note: Automatic software updates are staggered releases and may not be immediately available for your TV. -
Using a USB storage device
If an Internet connection is not set up on your TV, or you don’t want to wait for the automatic update, you can download the software from our support site and install it using a USB storage device.
