Limited Warranty Extension for Certain 2015 C Series Android TVs
Important: This article does not apply to TVs that have a blinking red LED light. If your TV has this problem, please refer to the LED light blinks/flashes red article instead.
Certain 2015 C series model BRAVIA® televisions may experience issues during start-up and may not fully turn on.
We recommend you perform a Forced Factory Reset to resolve this issue.
In some cases, resolving this issue may require a TV board repair.
As part of our commitment to quality, if diagnosis confirms that a TV board repair is required, your Affected Model television will be repaired, free of charge through March 31, 2021, subject to the terms and conditions of the TV's original Limited Warranty. Contact the Product Support team to determine if your TV requires a board repair.
