After plugging in the power cord, my TV doesn't turn on or takes a while to turn on

After the power cord is plugged in, the system will start initializing. During this short period, the power buttons on the TV and the remote won't work, and the LED or illumination LED won't light up right away. This is a normal operation.
Note: The LED won't light up if the Operational Response or Illumination LED settings are set to Off.
Follow these steps if your TV can change the Operational Response or Illumination LED settings.
- Go to the Settings screen on the TV
- If the remote control has a Quick Settings ( or ) button, press the Quick Settings button and select Settings.
- If the remote control has a Quick Settings ( or ) button, press the HOME button and select Settings.
- The following steps depend on the menu options of your TV:
- Select System → LED indicator → Operational Response.
- Select Device Preferences → LED indicator → Operational Response or Illumination LED.
- Select Device Preferences → LED indicator → Illumination LED.
Select LED Indicator → Illumination LED. - Select Illumination LED.
- Make sure the LED setting is not set to off.
