Select the appropriate troubleshooting

• If the headphones are physically damaged, consult a Sony Service Center.  Go to Product Repair. 
• If supplied parts or accessories are missing or lost, refer to the Can I purchase the earbuds (headphones) or the charging case separately? article.

Note: The standard warranty does not cover physical damage or missing parts or accessories.
