Noise canceling effects are weak on my wireless headphones after a software update

After the software update, the Adaptive Sound Control on the Headphones Connect app may automatically turn on and enable the Ambient Sound Control setting. Because of this, the effects of noise canceling may be weak. Follow the steps below to adjust Noise Canceling on the Headphones Connect app, or check this Help guide for more details:
- Turn off the Adaptive Sound Control
- Launch the Sony | Headphones Connect app, and on the Status tab, check the Adaptive Sound Control status. If the status shows other than Off (Staying, Walking, etc.), select right arrow on the right side of the Adaptive Sound Control menu.
- Turn off the Adaptive Sound Control.
- Launch the Sony | Headphones Connect app, and on the Status tab, check the Adaptive Sound Control status. If the status shows other than Off (Staying, Walking, etc.), select right arrow on the right side of the Adaptive Sound Control menu.
- On the Sound tab, tap the Down arrow button on the right of the Ambient Sound Control menu and select NOISE CANCELING.
Note: The menu items may vary depending on the model.
Note: Adaptive Sound Control is a function that can detect four patterns of behavior (Staying, Walking, Running, and Transport) using the acceleration sensor of your smartphone and automatically switch between Noise Canceling and Ambient Sound Control modes based on the setting for each behavior pattern.
