Do both the left and right microphones work during a call?
During a call, only one of the earbud microphones works.
- On the default settings, the Right earbud microphone works.
- If you set both of the following settings, the Left earbud microphone works:
- The Touch Sensor function is assigned on the Left side
- The Voice Assistant function is enabled on the earbuds
