Sometimes the Speak-to-Chat mode doesn't work on the LinkBuds when someone talks

The Speak-to-Chat mode may not activate if the sound volume is loud, the earbuds are not worn properly, or if the person speaks in a low volume. Try the following and check if the issue is resolved after performing each step.

• Speak more slowly
• Speak in a louder voice
• Make sure the earbuds are being worn correctly
• Turn down any music playing
• In the Sony | Headphones Connect app, set the Speak-to-Chat feature to H Sensitivity
