I bought this product because I've got little ears and they fit perfectly I would prefer little bit more bass but apart from that they sound good

Nice sound but one earbud stopped working after a couple of months. The retailer website says Sony should deal with it but having worked through the Sony support website for some reason it concludes that I should contact the retailer. I am stuck in the middle. Disappointing really.

These ear buds are a high quality product, a great design, packed with features for taking and making calls and their sound quality is excellent. They connect perfectly via Bluetooth each time to my mobile, great value for their cost.

Stopped working just out of the years warranty

I bought these in October last year before I went on holiday. To get them to connect to your device you have to download a Sony app. After going through the faff of connecting them to my phone, initially I didn’t have any issues when just listening to music. When I tried to use them to make/ answer a call, the quality of the microphone is not good at all!! When you’re using them for calls the sound quality is very poor as it picks up the background noise so it makes it hard for the other person to hear you speaking. About 11 months into owning them the right ear stopped connecting when you took it out of the box so you would have to manually turn it on. It has now stopped connecting completely and doesn’t work so I am stuck with only one earphone. This is just out of warranty period and they have told me there is nothing they can do to help. Would not purchase again!!

I bought this a few months ago and about a month ago the left ear bud wouldn't produce any sound unless it's pressed at a certain angle, I hwve re initialised it and done all other trouble shooting ans it still doesn't work, and you cannot find a sony representative to help anywhere. Before the earbud malfunctioned I was very happy with tye product

I bought this product mid July. The sound quality is fine, but I could not get them to stay in my ears. I don't have this issue with other earphones, I think this may be due to the shape/weighting of these earphones. For two weeks now, one of the earphones refuses to connect and the other one refuses to stay in my ear. I enjoy going to the gym, and it is not unusually for the earphone to slip out mid-set. The sound quality is not bad at all, but for the price I paid, I would expect more longevity.

These earbuds are comfortable, functional and work well. I prefer the physical buttons compared to the touchpads on other brands. However, some functions are limited compared to newer models and other options. Also, one earbud suddenly malfunctioned (would charge but would not connect or play sound - must have been a mechanical failure) and I got a refund so I bought the updated model (WF-C510). This is smaller, lighter and more slimline plus has more features, so I think worth the extra. Not sure of the build quality but I must admit I was surprised the fault developed in the C500s, as Sony is usually very reliable.

After that, the left one stopped charging in the case, it seems that it’s a common problem because I read many posts about it and it seems that the only solution is to send them to repair or replace, option that Sony didn’t want to do although they are in guarantee and I bought them from their official account in Amazon. I suppose that for 50£ you can’t ask for to much but it’s Sony not a white Chinese brand

Cracking earbuds for the price

Bought these so I could watch tv over the noise from dogs and family. They're clear and there's no lag so lips move with voices. I didn't want something expensive (I have Sony overear headphones for my music) because I only really watch a couple of tv programs a week and these are perfect.

Purchased these as I had lost my Titan Power 2.0 buds, which I really liked. I didn't want to wait to replace like for like so went on a hunt for a new set. These came up in my search and I glad they did. A nice fit and a great sound at a great price. Simple controls. My ears are not great with the in-ear headphones as they generally keep falling out, the shape of these are perfect, even in the gym I put them in and forget about them. Battery life is great also on both buds and case.

Just after only 1 month now both earbuds doesn't connect same time only 1 connects at a time. Tried to reset and everything but no luck even connection is so rubbish keeps breaking up tried to repair through warranty but can't do it because its ordered from Europe and they asking me to contact back to seller

Getting Better!

My previous earbuds (non Sony) would only play out of one ear most of the time so I opted for Sony as a replacement. Initially, they connected without issue but after a week, I had several occurrences, where music only played out of one ear. I didn't reset the buds but restarted the Android phone I use as a music player. This has cured the problem every instance since, and the issue itself seems to have abated for several weeks. Comfort is good and they stay in place on most occasions. I like the fact the controls are physical buttons. This enables you to reposition the buds without interfering with volume or track selection. Sound quality is improving and dabbling with the Headphone app has produced some improvement on certain types of music. Overall, I'm happy with these buds and may look to upgrade to other Sony models in the future.

Sound is decent but purchased these mainly to use for video calls at work in connection with windows laptop. Unfortunately they can't be used for that as Bluetooth connection is awful, despite all drivers being up to date and Bluetooth connection works fine on other devices. Will have to buy a different set.

A bit disappointing

These are the most expensive ear buds I have purchased so perhaps I was expecting too much. The buds themselves are loose in my ears, even changing the rubber bits to the biggest ones in the hope of resolving the issue this way. When I am walking they do not feel secure in my ears. I have kept my old ones for running as I know these would drop out if I am running.

These are brilliant, We paired them up to 3 devices fairly simply one one device can't pair them up yet is our Google TV. Otherwise great sounds long long battery life. My husband and I can both use them on different devices. Highly recommend.
