Discover clear, wide surround sound from a single soundbar. The Bar 9 features a new 2-way speaker with added tweeters for front and centre, delivering wider surround sound and a precise sound image.
Quad woofer and passive radiators deliver deep bass
Don’t be fooled by the slimline design. Thanks to built-in quad woofers and passive radiators, the Bar 9 generates the type of deep, resonant bass you’d expect from much larger speakers.
Side speakers and beam tweeters for expansive sound
For added atmosphere, side speakers fill your living space with wide directional sound while beam tweeters expand the sound stage by reflecting directional high frequency sound off the walls.
Hear sound from overhead
Up-firing speakers reflect sound off the ceiling for immersive overhead audio. 360 Spatial Sound Mapping creates phantom ceiling speakers for even more atmospheric sound.
X-Balanced Speaker Unit

To help people who are blind or have low vision set up the soundbar, tactile dots indicate a QR code for the BRAVIA Connect app, which offers screen reader support. Tactile dots on the back panel indicate the eARC HDMI terminal for connecting to a TV.3
