The microphone does not work correctly.

Follow this procedure to troubleshoot the microphone.

1. Ensure the microphone is selected as the input device and that the volume is not set too low .

   NOTE: Some sound cards may have advanced options for the microphone adjustment.

2. Ensure the microphone is connected correctly.

3. Reinstall the sound drivers.
