A network service is missing from my Blu-ray Disc player

This procedure will update the network services list of your Blu-ray Disc® player. Make sure your Blu-ray Disc player is connected to the internet, then choose the procedure option indicated for your condition.

• The network services list has never been updated

  1. Using the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
  2. Go to the Featured Apps area of the home screen.
  3. Press the ENTER button on the remote control.
  4. Your network services list will begin to update.

• The network services list has previously been updated

  1. Open any app, and press the OPTIONS button on the remote control.
  2. Select Update List Services or Update List.
  3. Your network services list will begin to update.

• 2015 Blu-ray Disc player missing apps after connecting to the network

  1. Using the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
  2. On the HOME menu, select All Apps.
  3. Under the All Apps menu, select Others.
  4. Under the Others category, select Activate Enhanced Features.
  5. The Blu-ray Disc player will refresh the internet content. When the content is ready, press the HOME button.
