Retrieving your Blu-ray Disc player network services

If you have never retrieved the network services for your Blu-ray Disc™ player, make sure it's connected to the internet and then follow the steps to retrieve the network services.
Check your internet connection
- Using the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
- On the HOME menu, select Setup.
- Under the Setup menu, select Network Settings.
- Under Network Settings, select Network Connection Diagnostics.
- Make sure Internet connection displays OK.
Note: If you're not connected to the internet, connect your Blu-ray Disc player to your network and the internet before retrieving the network services.
Retrieve network services
- Using the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
- From the HOME menu, select Featured Apps.
- After selecting Featured Apps, it starts retrieving the network services.
- Alternatively, when the Update Services icon appears on the HOME menu, new network services are available, press the ENTER button to start the update.
