Retrieving your Blu-ray Disc player network services

    If you have never retrieved the network services for your Blu-ray Disc™ player, make sure it's connected to the internet and then follow the steps to retrieve the network services.

    Check your internet connection

    1. Using the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
    2. On the HOME menu, select Setup.
    3. Under the Setup menu, select Network Settings.
    4. Under Network Settings, select Network Connection Diagnostics.
    5. Make sure Internet connection displays OK.

      Note: If you're not connected to the internet, connect your Blu-ray Disc player to your network and the internet before retrieving the network services.

    Retrieve network services

    1. Using the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
    2. From the HOME menu, select Featured Apps.
      • After selecting Featured Apps, it starts retrieving the network services.
      • Alternatively, when the Update Services icon appears on the HOME menu, new network services are available, press the ENTER button to start the update.
