How to install the latest Map Update for the nav-u™ portable navigation device.
- Connect the nav-u unit to your computer.
- If the nav-u unit does not power on, power it on.
NOTE: Once it is recognized by the computer, PC Connection (Waiting) should be displayed. At this point, a Windows® message may appear asking what do you want Windows to do. Click Cancel in this window. There may be an additional similar window now open. Click Cancel for this one as well.
- Insert the Map Update DVD.
NOTE: At this point, a Windows message may appear asking what do you want Windows to do. If this message does appear, select Install or run program.
- In the nav-u Map Update window, click Next.
- In the Information of the connected unit window, click Update.
