Are There Device Drivers or Software Updates Available for the Integrated Chip (IC) Recorder?
The Integrated Chip (IC) recorder includes the software and drivers. If your device includes the Digital Voice Editor (DVE) software, the CD contains the drivers. You can check the available drivers, software, or updates online.
Downloads are posted on your model support page.
If you recently updated the software on your device or your computer, you may need to restart both.
IMPORTANT:
- Updates and additional drivers for the DVE are no longer available for download.
- Use the Sound Organizer Version 1.6 software for your device.
