The Apple CarPlay or Android Auto wireless connection does not resume when the car stereo is turned on
If the Apple CarPlay® or the Android Auto™ wireless connection doesn't resume even when the car stereo is turned on, try one of the following:
- Turn the car stereo off and then back on again.
- If you use an iPhone, turn the Wi-Fi function off and back on again.
