The Walkman can't connect to a paired device, or the connection repeatedly fails
If the Bluetooth® connection fails after turning on the source device, follow these steps to operate the Walkman® to complete the connection:
- Turn off the Bluetooth device you want to connect.
- Turn off the Bluetooth function on the Walkman:
- Swipe the Home screen upwards.
- Select Settings → Connected devices → Bluetooth.
- Turn Off the Use Bluetooth setting.
- Turn on the Bluetooth device you want to connect.
- Operate the Walkman to connect to the Bluetooth device:
- Swipe the Home screen upwards.
- Select Settings → Connected devices, and tap See all in the Saved devices list. The Bluetooth setting turns on, and the Walkman will display the paired devices.
- Tap the device you want to connect.
