The Walkman can't connect to a paired device, or the connection repeatedly fails

If the Bluetooth® connection fails after turning on the source device, follow these steps to operate the Walkman® to complete the connection:

1. Turn off the Bluetooth device you want to connect.
2. Turn off the Bluetooth function on the Walkman:
   1. Swipe the Home screen upwards.
   2. Select Settings → Connected devices → Bluetooth.
   3. Turn Off the Use Bluetooth setting.
3. Turn on the Bluetooth device you want to connect.
4. Operate the Walkman to connect to the Bluetooth device:
   1. Swipe the Home screen upwards.
   2. Select Settings → Connected devices, and tap See all in the Saved devices list. The Bluetooth setting turns on, and the Walkman will display the paired devices.
   3. Tap the device you want to connect.
