The Soundbar doesn't make a Bluetooth connection with the TV when it is turned on or the input is switched

Follow these steps.
- On the Soundbar remote control, press the TV button to check the status of the front panel display.
- When TV(BT) or PAIRING appears in the front panel: perform the pairing process on the TV.
- When TV appears in the front panel: perform the pairing process on the Soundbar again. The steps will vary depending on your Soundbar model. Follow the steps according to your model.
- HT-A9
- Using the TV remote control, turn on the TV.
- On the Soundbar remote control, press the (power) button to turn it on.
- On the Soundbar remote control, press the TV, AUDIO, and BLUETOOTH in sequence.
- After PAIRING appears in the front panel display, perform the pairing procedure on the TV. Refer to your TV
manuals
for details.
Note: If TV appears in the front panel display, perform the procedure again from the beginning.
- HT-A7000/HT-A5000/HT-A3000
- Using the TV remote control, turn on the TV.
- On the Soundbar remote control, press the (power) button to turn on the Soundbar.
- On the bar speaker, press and hold the BLUETOOTH button, and on the Soundbar remote control, press the TV button simultaneously for 5 seconds.
Note: Make sure that TV(BT) ON appears in the front panel display. - After the BLUETOOTH indicator on the bar speaker flashes quickly in blue and PAIRING appears in the front, perform a pairing procedure on the TV. Refer to your TV
manuals
for details.
Note: If TV(BT) OFF appears in the front panel display, perform the procedure again from the beginning.
