How to adjust the Sound Balance.

Follow this procedure to adjust the volume for the right and left side speakers independently.

1. Click the Start button, and then click Control Panel.
2. In the Control Panel window, click Hardware and Sound.
3. In the Hardware and Sound window, click Sound.
4. In the Sound window on the Playback tab, click Speakers/Headphones (HP) and click the Properties button.
5. In the Speakers/HP Properties window on the Levels tab, click the Balance button.
6. In the Balance window, adjust the Right (R) or Left (L) sound balance and click OK.
